Molecular fluorescence blinking provides a simple and attractive way to achieve super-resolution localization via conventional microscopy. However, success in imaging relies heavily on their characteristics. We here report easily prepared photostable nanoparticles, carbon dots (CDs), with desirable for high-density imaging. The CDs exhibit low duty cycle (∼0.003) high photon output (∼8000) per switching event, as well show much higher resistance photobleaching than Alexa 647 or Cy5 typically...
A diversified and biocompatible rhythmic deformation (RD) system is successfully fabricated by coupling a heterogeneous hydrogel with pH oscillator. By tailoring the geometry of building blocks, actuator diversity could be easily constructed through interfacial adhesion. Moreover, RD behaviour can regulated temperature shape.
Impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) has been proven to be an effective technique inhibit steel corrosion. Based on the principle of ICCP, a hybrid carbon fiber–reinforced polymer (CFRP)/steel reinforced concrete (RC) structural system with proposed considering dual function CFRP, namely, anode material ICCP and reinforcement structures at same time. For this system, larger deflection brittle failure caused by low elastic modulus linear behavior CFRP bar can avoided, is activated...
