In this Letter, we present a study of high-energy and high-conversion-efficiency broadband optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification (OPCPA) system with 100 mm×100 mm×17 mm LBO crystal near 800 nm. We describe a pattern recognition system for classifying immunofluorescence images of HEp-2 cells into six classes: homogeneous, speckled, nucleolar, centromere, golgi, and nuclear membrane. use locality-constrained linear coding to encode multiple local features two-level cell pyramids capture spatial structure cells. In this Letter, we report the demonstration of coherent beam combining (CBC) two-beam femtosecond laser pulses based on chirped-pulse amplification (CPA).
