McKittrick-Wheelock syndrome is characterized by secretory diarrhea and severe electrolyte fluid depletion caused a large, distal colon, villous adenoma. Due its hypersecretory nature, tumor may cause more than 4 L per day, with content sodium that approximately four times higher normal stool.
