Electroluminescence based on TADF, that is, thermally activated delayed fluorescence, is demonstrated in Sn4+–porphyrin complexes. On excitation by a short electrical pulse, prompt and electroluminescence components were clearly observed. The component was composed of both TADF phosphorescence (see figure), the significantly increased with increasing temperature.

To examine the long-term clinical outcomes of patients undergoing catheter ablation (CA) for either paroxysmal (PAF) or persistent atrial fibrillation (PsAF) using an extensive pulmonary vein isolation (EPVI)-based strategy.574 (61 ± 9 years; 449 men) with drug-refractory PAF PsAF underwent CA. Ipsilateral veins (PVs) were isolated antral ablation. A cavotricuspid isthmus line bidirectional conduction block was created and all non-PV triggers AF ablated at index procedure. Left linear...

Overactive bladder (OAB), defined by the International Continence Society as a symptom complex including urgency with or without urinary incontinence [1], affects more than 10% of men and women aged ≥ 20 [2]. Anticholinergics are effective for OAB management but often cause significant side effects, particularly dry mouth, which occurs in number patients frequently leads to treatment discontinuation [3]. Dry mouth notably impairs QOL. Capsaicin, an agonist transient receptor potential...
