Three-dimensional (3D) carbon interdigitated electrode arrays (IDEAs) were fabricated using inexpensive, conventional, UV photolithography of SU-8 with modified exposure and post bake settings followed by pyrolysis in an inert environment. The sensor performance was investigated as a function both the IDEA digit width/gap ratio height under flow no conditions. We demonstrated gradual increase redox amplification ratio. highest 37 obtained for 1.58 1.1 μm. Redox also increases significantly...

In this contribution we report on results from an optimization study of SU-8 photoresist derived carbon electrodes. tends to be glassy in nature, however, based the exact pyrolysis strategy and other fabrication parameters employed one can obtain a range electrical, electrochemical thermal properties related variation graphitic content thus obtained carbon. Hence, order electrodes that emulate or improve upon performance commercially available (GC) electrodes, right choice conditions, such...

Three-Dimensional Carbon Interdigitated electrode arrays were fabricated using a single step 365 nm UV photolithography of negative photoresist followed by pyrolysis under nitrogen flow. The sensor was applied to selectively detect dopamine via redox cycling in the presence ascorbic acid physiological conditions. didn’t require any chemical modification achieve selectivity and low limit detection i.e., 1.5 µM linearity range 5-500 0.1 mM acid.

Abstract Pyrolyzed photoresist carbon electrodes modified with bismuth (Bi‐PPCEs) were prepared and used for the determination of trace levels chromium. In order to lower detection limit, choice supporting electrolyte concentration electroanalytical parameters optimized. The adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetric Cr(VI) at Bi‐PPCE was selective even in presence Cr(III). A limit 0.1 µg L −1 obtained after 60 s preconcentration. After oxidation UV light oxygen, all chromium species...

3D carbon interdigitated electrode arrays (IDEAs) were fabricated using inexpensive conventional UV photolithography of SU8 with modified exposure and post bake settings. patterns pyrolyzed in an inert environment to obtain three-dimensional (3D) IDEAs. In IDEA a digit width 3µm, height 6µm (aspect ratio 2) gap spacing 0.8µm was achieved. The sensor performance investigated as function width/gap under no flow conditions. We demonstrated gradual increase redox amplification the lower range....
