TiS 2 was reduced using molten salt electrolysis. At 1173 K in CaCl -0.5mol% CaS melt, the concentration of sulfur initially decreased significantly. 0.043 mass% S obtained when stoichiometric electric charge Q 0 supplied, and 0.01 achieved = 4Q . Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy in the soft x-ray energy region is a new tool to study local structure of chiral materials. In this paper, we introduce method measure high-quality CD spectra oxygen K-edge region.
