A detailed nondestructive analytical method for quantitative food analysis was established by using a self-fabricated NIR-LED light source combined with Mg3Ga2GeO8 (MGGO) phosphor and blue LED chip in one package, which can be integrated into smartphones. The of MGGO:Cr3+ exhibits ultra-broadband NIR emission the range 650–1200 nm, matches well overtones molecular vibrations (e.g., O–H, C–H, N–H) presented composition. crystal structure MGGO investigated powder XRD Rietveld refinements,...

Achieving tunable color and white light emission in a single phase phosphor is challenging issue. Here, series of Ce3+-Eu2+ co-doped Ca2Si5N8 phosphors were successfully synthesized by high temperature solid state method. Luminescence properties, energy transfer (ET) thermal quenching the as-synthesized samples investigated detail. The as-prepared Ca1.94Na0.03Si5N8:0.03Ce3+,yEu2+ (0.0000 ≤ y 0.0035) could be tuned from blue to eventually orange via ET changing Ce3+/Eu2+ ratio. efficiency...

Nitridomagnesosilicate phosphors are promising candidates for white light emitting diodes. Here, we report a yellow nitride phosphor Ca8Mg7Si9N22:Ce3+, which exhibits broad band emission in the spectral range of 475–675 nm under excitation 445 nm. The photoluminescence intensity Ca8–xMg7Si9N22:xCe3+ (0.01 ≤ x 0.11) reaches maximum when = 0.05. CIE coordinates and color purity Ca7.95Mg7Si9N22:0.05Ce3+ (0.449, 0.531) 84.0%, respectively. good drifting resistance with chromaticity shift 0.0085...

We report a novel narrow-band blue emitting phosphor Sr7.92Mg7Si9N22:0.08Eu2+. The crystal structure of Sr8Mg7Si9N22 is composed corner-sharing and edge-sharing [SiN4] tetrahedra distorted square-pyramid [MgN5] polyhedra. Under 350 nm excitation, Eu2+ doped emits light with maximum intensity at 450 fwhm 38 nm.

Abstract Nebkhas (coppice dunes) have formed throughout the gobi desert regions of China in response to decreased near‐surface wind speed caused by vegetation, combined with deposition aeolian sediment and around vegetation. Although nebkhas been extensively studied on several land surfaces, they not yet fully described where form areas desert. Based field investigations nebkha morphology adjacent surface content inside these dunes, following were found: (i) that develop deserts consist two...

Abstract Climate models project a weakening and expansion of the Hadley circulation (HC) under global warming but with considerable spread in magnitude these changes. Here, utilizing from latest Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6), we illustrate how variance projected changes HC arises equilibrium climate sensitivity (ECS) uncertainty across models. Models higher ECS greater extent static stability increase hence larger Using best estimate value 3 K (∼2.5–4.0 K) to...

Abstract A low‐temperature topochemical reduction strategy is used herein to prepare unconventional phosphors with luminescence covering the biological and/or telecommunications optical windows. This approach demonstrated by using Bi III ‐doped Y 2 O 3 (Y 2− x ) as a model system. Experimental results suggest that treatment of CaH creates randomly distributed oxygen vacancies in matrix, resulting change oxidation states lower states. The coordination environments from [BiO 6 ] octahedra...
