A detailed investigation of the europium-doped yttrium orthovanadate (YVO4:Eu3+) phosphorus prepared by fast and facile microwave synthesis was undertaken. The phase purity, morphology, particle distribution analysis, photoluminescence were all thoroughly examined. (PL) properties as-synthesized YVO4:Eu3+ nanostructures depend greatly on parameters. PL intensity nanomaterials increased when Eu concentration, holding time, amount water used in phosphors adjusted. optimal europium doping...
Abstract Reactive magnetron sputtering was employed to prepare nanocomposite thin films of Ag/Al 2 O 3 , on a glass substrate. The are characterized by the formation Ag nanoparticles embedded in Al matrix, after thermal treatment at 600 °C, which responsible for appearance an outstanding pronounced and narrow localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) band. Electron microscopy analysis also revealed presence larger fractal aggregates film’s surface, broad band absorption. Noteworthily, LSPR...
Using spray pyrolysis, silver-doped In2S3 thin films were deposited on pre-heated glass substrates, with varying doping concentrations. Subsequently, these underwent vacuum annealing at 400 °C for a duration of 2 h. A comprehensive study their structural, morphological, and optical properties was conducted, revealing homogeneous, compact, crack-free polycrystalline tetragonal-phase In2S3. Among the set analyzed best parameter values, including crystallite size, dislocation density,...
The dispersion process of commercial ZnS:Mn particles and YVO4:0.1Eu synthesized by microwave reactor in aqueous solutions onto solid surface was performed using an ultrasonic atomizer. Two methods particle deposition were used, one moving the substrates while spraying second not moved. In order to stabilize solution, either surfactants or silica coating through a sol-gel used. area encompassing major amount dispersed evaluated, SEM images show that atomizer is effective disaggregation...
