The low temperature properties of ${\mathrm{PrRu}}_{4}{\mathrm{P}}_{12}$ and ${\mathrm{PrOs}}_{4}{\mathrm{P}}_{12}$ have been studied by means electrical resistivity magnetic susceptibility measurements. decreases with decreasing from room to about 60 K, but increases sharply below K. A metal-insulator transition is found at around the phosphide shows no distinct anomaly this temperature. We have prepared LnRu 4 P 12 (Ln = Nd, Gd and Tb) with filled skutterudite structure at high temperatures pressures. GdRu TbRu are new materials. Electrical resistivity dc magnetic susceptibility of these compounds were measured low temperatures. NdRu behaves as a metal, showing ferromagnetic ordering below 1.6 K. show electrical anomalies antiferromagnetic transitions around 20 both closely related to the transitions.
