Oxidized cellulose can be produced from the oxidation reaction of hydrogen peroxide in degumming process ramie fibers. In this work, contents aldehyde and carboxylate groups which occurred during were quantitatively determined by electric conductivity titration method. The morphological changes chemical components oxidized characterized using SEM, XRD, FT-IR. Additionally, relationship between mechanical properties degummed fibers discussed analyzed. Results showed that presence contributed...
Rational design of radical porous organic polymers with redox functions for metal-free heterogeneous photocatalysis is a promising research topic. In this work, we reported class viologen-based cationic (VCR-POPs), which were facilely constructed by the one-pot Knoevenagel condensation reaction between 1,3,5-tris(p-formylphenyl)benzene and an acetonitrile-functionalized ionic monomer (VIL-CN). Interestingly, stable viologen was found in obtained VCR-POPs, probably undergoing situ...
Sodium hydroxide is commonly used as the main alkali source in oxidation degumming of ramie current studies for natural fiber extraction. However, due to strong alkalinity sodium hydroxide, reaction speed hydrogen peroxide difficult control and thus results great damage treated fibers. In this paper, magnesium was selected an effective sustained-release improve tensile properties degummed fibers reduce chemical oxygen demand (COD) values wastewater. This novel reagent can adjust buffer pH...
In this paper, anthraquinone was used to improve the properties of ramie fiber in oxidation degumming. The chemical components, structure properties, tensile degummed and character degumming solution were tested analyzed. With optimal dosage (2% (o.w.f.)), content hemicellulose, yield process, polymerization degree work rupture improved by 17.3%, 7%, 2% 41%, respectively. reduction potential (ORP) value also tested, with addition anthraquinone, ORP decreased 250 mV, which is benefit for fiber.
Oxidative degumming with hydrogen peroxide provides an efficient pathway and new alternative for natural fiber extraction. In this work, the oxidized cellulose introduced into ramie fibers during oxidative process was systematically characterized in terms of x-ray photoemission spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy scanning electron microscopy. The differences chemical components, shift, surface structure morphology were analyzed compared within...
Abstract In this work, we reported a facile one‐pot route to construct polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) and phosphonium‐based ionic porous hypercrosslinked polymers (denoted as P‐iPHCPs) with multiple catalytic active sites, which could be regarded efficient heterogeneous catalysts for the conversion of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) highly value‐added cyclic carbonates. The targeted P‐iPHCPs were prepared from rigid building block octavinylsilsesquioxane (VPOSS) low‐cost commercially...
The conventional Klason lignin (KL) method has some shortcomings in the determination of content, such as large sample consumption, long analysis time, and a number errors. Therefore, rapid accurate for content was studied. In this paper, flax fibers three forms, namely, raw, noil rove, were selected study, acetyl bromide-ultraviolet spectrophotometric (ABUL) optimized quantitative testing fibers. effect bromide concentration, perchloric acid dosage, reaction temperature, time on absorbance...

The extracted from is type of textile material great importance. In previous studies, was only sodium hydroxide. However, due to the strong alkalinity hydroxide, oxidation reaction speed difficult control and thus resulted damage treated fiber. this protocol, source, which composed hydroxide magnesium used provide condition buffer pH value...
Facile synthesis of an extended π-conjugated naphthalene-based porous organic salt for the visible-light-driven photocatalytic oxidative coupling amines in air.
Montmorillonite can be used to achieve nano-dispersion level by forming peel or intercalation structure in polypropylene body, so as improve the mechanical properties of material. In addition, montmorillonite plays role nucleating agent during crystallization polypropylene, which improves efficiency polypropylene. After organic modification montmorillonite, spacing between crystal surfaces enlarged form makes molecular chains more easily dispersed interlayer a dense surface layer process...
