Understanding the spatial and temporal controls of precipitation δ18O in southern Tibetan Plateau central Asia is necessary for paleoclimate reconstructions from wealth regional archives (ice cores, lake sediments, tree ring cellulose, speleothems). While classical interpretations such records were conducted terms local precipitation, simulations with atmospheric general circulation models enabled water stable isotopes have suggested that past changes south may be driven by remote processes...
Abstract Although El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) influences the Indian summer monsoon, its impact on moisture transport toward southern Tibetan Plateau (TP) remains poorly understood. Precipitation stable isotopes are useful indices for climate change in TP. Classical interpretations of variations precipitation focus local surface air temperature or amount. However, several latest studies suggested they may correlate with large-scale modes variability, such as ENSO. This paper presents...
The new Modified-690Gd alloy, namely as Ni–30Cr-(10-x) Fe-xGd (x = 0.5, 1.0, 1.5,2.0, 3.0 wt%) for function structure integrated thermal neutron shielding has been prepared and characterized. alloy was mainly composed of γ austenite matrix (Ni, Cr, Fe)5Gd precipitated along grain boundaries. had great mechanical properties, which the tensile strength exceeding 620 MPa elongation being above 50%. Meanwhile, this excellent weldability good corrosion resistance in boric acid. is expected to be...
The influence of salinity and geographical distance on bacterial community composition (BCC) in five freshwater, oligosaline or polysaline lakes located at altitudes higher than 4400 m the central southern Tibetan Plateau were investigated using 16S rRNA gene clone library approach together with multivariate analysis environmental variables. A total 10 libraries constructed two each lake, one epilimnion other hypolimnion. Geographical was not found to impact BCC significantly, but salinity,...
Ice cores from the Tibetan Plateau provide high-resolution records of changes in snow and ice isotopic composition. In monsoon sector southern Plateau, their climatic interpretation has been controversial. Here, we present a new δ18O record obtained 2206 measurements performed at 2–3 cm depth resolution along 55.1 m core retrieved Noijinkansang glacier (NK, 5950 a.s.l.) that spans period 1864 to 2006 AD. The data are characterized by high values nineteenth century, 1910s 1960s, followed drop...
ABSTRACT Temperature sensitivity and tolerance play a key role in plant survival production. Perennial ryegrass ( Lolium perenne L.), widely cultivated cool‐season for forage supply turfgrass, is extremely susceptible to high temperatures, therefore serving as an excellent grass dissecting the genomic genetic basis of high‐temperature adaptation. In this study, expression analysis revealed that LpHsfA2 , important gene associated with perennial ryegrass, rapidly substantially induced under...
Abstract An accurate representation of the spatiotemporal variation stable isotopes in precipitation over Tibetan Plateau (TP) is critical information for hydrological and ecological applications region. This paper reconstructs annual δ 18 O data with 2.5° × 3.75° latitude‐longitude resolutions TP since 1910 using spectral optimal gridding (SOG) method. The SOG calculates empirical orthogonal functions (EOFs) from Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique isotopic version general circulation...
Submerged macrophytes have attracted increasing attention in lake restoration due to the importance of their structuring communities and stabilizing functions ecosystems. However, there is still a lack systematic reviews on with submerged macrophytes. Thus, we performed review based bibliometric analysis via analyzing visualizing 934 published works from 1996 2023 Web Science core collection. Publication characteristics were summarized, keyword co-occurrence networks, reference co-citation...
The stable isotopes (δ18O and δD) of water vapor are used to characterize continuous variations in large-scale boundary-layer atmospheric processes. We presented measurements δ18O surface at Lhasa, southern Tibetan Plateau, from October 2018 September 2019 investigate how local processes influence different time scales. reveal seasonal characteristics diurnal patterns. At the scale, exhibits a W-shape with two maxima May–June as well minima July–August February. meteorological data...
Abstract Near-inertial waves (NIWs) contain a pronounced portion of shear energy in the internal wave field and is great importance to deep ocean mixing. However, accurate simulation NIWs remains challenge. Here we analyzed 3-year long mooring observation velocity profiles over 80–800 m study responses near-inertial downward varying wind stress curls sea level anomalies (SLAs). It demonstrated that moderate (even weak) cyclone makes more contributions enhanced below pycnocline than very...
Most flowering plants engage in mutualisms with animals to move pollen between individuals, and it is expected that pollinators play an essential role the evolution of selfing, yet few studies have determined how distinct pollinator types affect a plant's mating system reproductive success differentially. We investigated effect two different on Incarvillea sinensis, annual showy, insect-pollinated, one-day flowers. marked flowers after single visit from both species (Bombus patagiatus...
Abstract Near‐inertial waves (NIWs) are essential energy sources for deep diapycnal mixing. However, the mechanisms generating and abyssal NIWs largely unknown. Here, using 3 year full‐depth mooring data at 130°E/15°N, we demonstrate that downward propagating tropical cyclone (TC)‐induced parametric subharmonic instability (PSI) can contribute to intensification of near‐inertial kinetic (NIKE) over 1,000–3,000 m. The warm core eddy (WCE) is found facilitate propagation TC‐induced with fast...
Homomorphic encryption technology is the holy grail of cryptography and has a wide range applications in practice. This paper proposes homomorphic scheme over fraction based on Chinese remainder theorem (CRT) Dayan qiuyi rule. performs decryption operations by forming congruence groups homomorphism. The solution this first combines traditional CRT algorithm with rule to obtain CRTF that can be operated field. Finally, process, modulo arithmetic used twice correct plaintext components,...
Underwater light reduction is presumably becoming more frequent and intensified due to eutrophication algal blooms, which may significantly affect submerged macrophytes’ growth. However, a comprehensive understanding of how influences growth-related traits responses currently lacking. Here, we compiled data from 333 records 62 published works that used controlled experiments explore the functional associated with growth reduction. Our results indicated decreased relative rate (RGR), ramet...
Effect of modified atmosphere packaging on the Hypomesus Olidus fresh quality under refrigerated (0±1°C) was investigated. By measuring sensory characteristics, pH, rate juice leakage, TVB-N value, effect different gas mixtures were evaluated. The results indicated that MAP prevented spoilage and bacterial growth sample inhibited, effective in extending shelf life Olidus.
