Abstract The applicability of diode-lasers in automobile headlights is an advanced innovation for the illumination industry due to extraordinary properties laser light over conventional sources, such as high brightness, wide colour gamut, directionality, low energy consumptions and long lifetime. Lasers are highly coherent nature, so they encounter problem unwanted speckles spurious fringes always require a level opto-thermal engineering along with speckle reduction mechanisms lumen...

Perfect vortex beam (PVB) has emerged as a promising candidate in the field of optical communication, which is currently limited due to its realization only at focal depth Fourier lens. The present letter reports devising unique technique for propagation PVB beyond this point and been verified experimentally, inside laboratory, up distance 5 m. properties PVBs, observed focus lens, were well preserved propagated beams. This proposed approach ensures preserving invariance annular radius...

Low-power all-optical switching with pharaonis phoborhodopsin (ppR) protein is demonstrated based on nonlinear excited-state absorption at different wavelengths. A modulating pulsed 532-nm laser beam shown to switch the transmission of a continuous-wave signal light at: 1) 390 nm; 2) 500 3) 560 and 4) 600 nm, respectively. Simulations rate equation approach considering all seven states in ppR photocycle are good agreement experimental results. It that characteristics respectively, can...

The effect of Fe 3+ substitution on the elastic properties yttrium iron garnet (Y 3− x 5+ O 12 , =0.0, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5) was studied by means x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy ultrasonic pulse transmission technique at 300 K. Elastic moduli specimens were computed these are corrected to void-free state employing different models. Contrary expectation, magnitude constants is found decrease with increasing substitution. lowering stiffness mainly due residual stress-induced...

Mitoxantrone (1,4-dihydroxy-5,8-bis[[2-[(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]ethyl]amino]-9,10-anthracenedione) is a synthetically designed antineoplastic agent and structurally similar to classical anthracyclines. It widely used as potent chemotherapeutic component against various kinds of cancer possesses lesser cardio-toxic effects with respect naturally occurring In the present study, we have investigated binding features mitoxantrone-tRNA complexation at physiological pH using attenuated total...
