We present a strong correlation of the Ni(salophen) structure and properties measured in single-molecule vs bulk quantities ultra high vacuum solution phase. Under scanning tunneling microscope (STM), forms self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on Au(111) at 23 °C with molecular identical to that X-ray crystallographic measurement. The HOMO LUMO levels are determined using elastic spectroscopy level confirmation by monolayer-quantity ultraviolet photoelectron (UPS) cyclic voltammetry (CV)...
The synthesis and characterization of three new organic hydrazines containing BODIPY dyes the respective aminomethyl complexes is described.
