目的 探究金属基质蛋白酶-9和磷脂酰基醇蛋白聚糖-3在原发性肝癌中的表达及其临床价值。 方法 选取在本院收治的100例原发性肝癌患者作为研究组，选取正常的肝组织90例作为对照组，采用免疫组织化学法测定两组研究对象中金属基质蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和磷脂酰基醇蛋白聚糖-3（Glypican-3）的水平，探究MMP-9、Glypican-3在肿瘤中的表达及在不同临床病理特征中表达水平的差异和相关性分析。 结果 研究组患者中MMP-9、Glypican-3的表达水平较高，阳性检出率高，与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。研究组患者MMP-9、Glypican-3表达在肿瘤体积、分化情况、淋巴转移等的表达中差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。 结论 MMP-9、Glypican-3在原发性肝癌中的表达，高于正常的肝组织，两者在临床诊断中具有较高的灵敏性，有着重要的临床应用价值。
