The authors developed a ground heat exchanger (GHE) calculation model influenced by the surface applying superposition theorem. Furthermore, simulation tool for source pump (GSHP) systems affected was combining GHE with GSHP that previously developed. In this paper, outlines of is explained. Next, in order to validate precision tool, thermal response test (TRT) carried out using borehole length 30 m and outlet temperature calculated compared measured one. relative error between temperatures...

In this study, a new multi-segmented radiant ceiling panel with different tilt angle is proposed. The effect of segments inclination and area increase for the same coverage ratio are investigated. A 3-dimension computational fluid dynamics model developed validated these comparisons. It concluded that increasing decrease between radiation total heat exchange. addition, using multi-segments allows air to move from plenum central zone room. Further, operative temperature ±45° minimum best...

Fusion power offers the prospect of a safe and clean sustainable energy source, is increasing importance for meeting world demand curbing CO2 emissions. For an indirect-driven inertial confinement cryogenic target, D-T ice layer inside capsule should have uniformity more than 99% inner surface roughness less root mean square value 1 m to avoid Rayleigh-Taylor instabilities. And this highly smooth required ignition considered be affected by thermal environment around fuel capsule. In present...

In this paper, a new multi-segmented minichannel heat exchanger based radiant ceiling panel (M-RCP) is proposed. Experiments to evaluate M-RCPs' performance with different tilt angles were conducted. The result showed that the M-RCPs had an advantage compared conventional RCP from viewpoint of cooling output per area and temperature difference. addition, by providing forced convection fans, M-RCP increased 3.6 times without convection. Furthermore, 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD)...
