Organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskites are emerging as promising materials for next-generation light-emitting diodes (LEDs). However, the poor stability of these has been main obstacle challenging their application. Here, we performed first-principles calculations, revealing that molecule dissociation energy Dion-Jacobson (DJ) structure using 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)benzene molecules bridging ligands is two times higher than typical Ruddlesden-Popper (RP) based on phenylethylammonium...

Abstract In this work, oxygen vacancy‐rich C/TiO 2 (OV‐C/TiO ) samples are prepared by a one‐step calcination approach using Ti 3 C MXene as the precursor, and used for photocatalytic N reduction. The NH yields of all OV‐C/TiO exceed those achieved on commercial anatase TiO P25, with both H O CH OH proton sources. Among them, ‐600 offers remarkable synthesis rates, which 41.00 µmol g −1 h (with source) 84.00 source). photocurrent fluorescence spectra show that exhibit highest...

Perovskite solar cells are well known for being low cost, solution‐based, and efficient cells; however, the high price of conventional hole‐collector electrode (Spiro‐OMeTAD/Gold) complexity depositing gold on large scales major barriers against commercializing them. Herein, an effective carbon composite is introduced a low‐cost perovskite cell with CuIn 0.75 Ga 0.25 S 2 hole transport material to solve this problem. The deposited by doctor blade method using paste composed flakes graphite,...

Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) are three macronutrients that crucial in plant growth development. Deficiency or excess of any all directly decreases crop yield quality. There is increasing awareness the importance rhizosphere microorganisms growth, nutrient transportation, uptake. Little known about influence N, P, K as nutrients for optimal production Chrysanthemum morifolium. In this study, a field experiment was performed to investigate effects on use efficiency,...

Abstract Perovskites are an important class of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts due to highly tunable compositions and adaptable characteristics. However, perovskite‐based can have limited atom utilization efficiency large particle size, resulting in low mass activity. Herein, Cobalt nanoparticles exsolved from La 0.2+2x Ca 0.7‐2x Ti 1‐x Co x O 3 perovskite applied OER. Upon reduction the 5% H 2 /N atmosphere at 800 °C for h, catalyst (R‐LCTCo0.11) exhibits optimal OER performance....

The growth mechanisms and optical characteristics of GaSb quantum rings (QRs) are investigated. Although As-for-Sb exchange is the mechanism responsible for dot-to-ring transition, significant height difference between dots (QDs) QRs in a dot/ring mixture sample suggests that transition not spontaneous procedure. Instead, it rapid procedure as long initiates. A model established to explain this phenomenon. Larger ring inner diameters heights with longer post Sb soaking time suggest takes...

Abstract We investigate carrier lifetimes of InAs/GaAs quantum dots (QDs) covered by a thin GaAs 1–x Sb x layer time‐resolved photoluminescence (PL). Both the power dependent PL peak shift and longer decay time confirm type‐II band alignments. Different recombination paths have been identified temperature measurements. At low temperatures, long‐range with holes trapped in GaAsSb is significant, resulting non‐single‐exponential decays. The short‐range confined band‐bending region surrounding...

The transition from As-doped GaN showing strong blue emission (∼2.6 eV) at room temperature to the formation of GaN1—xAsx alloys for films grown by molecular beam epitaxy was investigated. This study demonstrates that with increasing N Ga ratio there is first an increase in intensity about 2.6 eV and then a growth alloy films. Several possible models, which can explain how this might occur are presented.
