Abstract This work investigates the effect of temperature on corrosion product layer carbon steel exposed to a CO 2 ‐containing solution. The measurement techniques, such as scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectrometry, X‐ray diffraction, and photoelectron spectroscopy, were used systematically characterize morphology composition layer. rates calculated by weight loss method. mechanisms function are studied discussed. results showed that is an important factor in rate...

In the present work, characterisations such as surface morphology, cross-section image and composition of corrosion scale formed on P110 steel under turbulent flow conditions with various Cl– concentrations have been studied by means scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction photoelectron spectroscopy. The medium was simulated solution one oil/gas field, saturated CO2 at 100°C 4 MPa. tests were conducted corresponding to varied velocities. It is concluded that concentration velocity an...

Manganese oxide catalysts are considered to be active in the catalytic purification of volatile organic compounds based on two theories. According one view, defects mainly constructed increase amount adsorbed oxygen and, consequently, activity, whereas opposite view suggests that mobility lattice is main reason for determining performance. In order investigate which form key factor controlling performance manganese oxides, a series octahedral molecular sieves (OMS‐2) with different...

Abstract In the present study, surface and cross‐section microstructures of corrosion films were investigated by SEM rate was measured mass loss at various conditions associated with main influencing factors such as temperature, CO 2 partial pressure, flow velocity. The results indicated that three have obvious characteristics enhanced interactions among intensively influence formation growth film. addition, there two mechanisms connected forming film damaging A new lattice model proposed to...

This study aims to optimize the Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) process for polishing end face of Lithium Niobate on Insulator (LNOI) devices improve device performance and power transmission. LNOI are widely used in microwave signal processing, but high-quality end-face is crucial minimize optical coupling loss maximize A single-factor experimental technique was employed CMP parameters determine most effective solution parameters. Parameters such as load pressure, abrasive ratio, flow...

In recent years, quantum communication has received extensive attention due to its high security of transmitted information. Quantum key distribution (QKD), an important branch information, is developing rapidly and been gradually moving toward practicality networking. The use phase coding through fiber optic channels the basis for implementation QKD systems. systems, electro-optical modulation techniques are mainly used change photon modulators realize scheme. Among them, lithium niobate a...

Samples of YBa2Cu2.88Fe0.12O6+x quenched at different temperatures were investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy room temperature. Dynamic measurement on the 950 degrees C sample was also performed between 78 and 300 K. The magnetic splitting corresponding to antiferromagnetism can be observed for high-temperature ( >850 C) samples, whereas no occurs low-temperature samples. Such results indicate a close relationship oxygen concentration antiferromagnetism. large value hyperfine field implies...
