Abstract The geometric effect is an intrinsic response of gaseous X-ray polarimetry, which exhibits some sharp peaks with a fixed period angle on modulation curves, especially in observations unpolarized sources, resulting spurious and deviation polarization detection. We construct simulation framework to study the origin evaluate impact performance polarimetry. curves from are consistent measurements while focusing effect. studies show that photoelectrons generated close multiplier stages,...
Social events are that occur between people where at least one person is aware of the other and event taking place. Extracting social can play an important role in a wide range applications, such as construction network. In this paper, we introduce task extraction for tweets, source fresh events. One main challenge lack information single tweet, which rooted short noise-prone nature tweets. We propose to collectively extract from multiple similar tweets using novel factor graph, harvest...
We propose to develop a wide-field and ultra-high-precision photometric survey mission, temporarily named "Earth 2.0 (ET)". This mission is designed measure, for the first time, occurrence rate orbital distributions of Earth-sized planets. ET consists seven 30cm telescopes, be launched Earth-Sun's L2 point. Six these are transit telescopes with field view 500 square degrees. Staring in direction that encompasses original Kepler four continuous years, this monitoring will return tens...
Abstract In this work, the improved ( G ′ / )-expansion method is proposed for constructing more general exact solutions of nonlinear evolution equation with aid symbolic computation. order to illustrate validity we choose RLW and SRLW equation. As a result, many new have been obtained equations. We will compare our those gained by other authors.

An effective optical readout approach based on a narrow-strip filter is presented to detect bends of bimaterial microcantilever focal plane array, by which light intensity the image (CCD sensor plane) can be increased and its uniformity effectively enhanced. It reduces noise equivalent temperature difference array IR imaging system improves images. A comparative experiment designed verify effectiveness. The experimental results show that proposed method has advantages preferable effect.

Abstract In the present work, north–south asymmetry of solar activity was examined by analyzing statistically hemispheric distribution annual numbers sunspot groups, using Royal Greenwich Observatory data set from year 1874 through 2000. An interesting phenomenon is found that a cycle usually has same beginning and end times, but different maximum amplitudes at times in hemispheres. Some characteristics were investigated explained. For 23, dominance predicted to occur southern hemisphere...
The vapor–liquid–solid (VLS) mechanism is the predominate growth for semiconductor nanowires (NWs). We report here a new solid–liquid–solid (SLS) of silicide phase in Si NWs using situ transmission electron microcopy (TEM). SLS analogous to VLS one relying on liquid-mediating seed, but it fundamentally different terms nucleation and mass transport. In Ni disilicide, atoms are supplied from remote particles by interstitial diffusion through NW pre-existing Au–Si liquid alloy drop at tip NW....
In this paper, the new mapping approach and extended auxiliary equation were used to investigate exact traveling wave solutions of (2 + 1)-dimensional time-fractional Zoomeron with conformable fractional derivative. As a result, singular soliton solutions, kink anti-kink periodic function Jacobi elliptic hyperbolic obtained. Finally, 3D 2D graphs some drawn by setting suitable values parameters Maple, analyze dynamic behaviors solutions.
By applying the theory of planar dynamical systems, we investigate existence bell and anti-bell solitary wave solutions, kink anti-kink periodic solutions to Rangwala-Rao equation. With undetermined coefficient method, obtain representations three exact explicit solutions.
This paper presents an uncooled microcantilever infrared (IR) detector, of which the focal plane array (FPA) is fabricated based on bulk silicon technique. Compared with conventional cantilever IR detector surface micromachining method, absorption efficiency can be improved by 48% due to selective removal substrate deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) technique at area where each FPA pixel located, and hence noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) decreased 32%. Human body's images were...
An optical-readout bimaterial microcantilever-type infrared detector improving both IR absorption and pixel uniformity is proposed. A Focal Plane Array (FPA) of 128×128 pixels was fabricated using 4-inch silicon Micro-Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) processes. The FPA design process development are discussed the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) photos imaging results presented. Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) proposed device measured to be 200mK by a gray level change...
Abstract An observation simulator is established, on an event-by-event basis, for the Polarimetry Focusing telescope Array (PFA) board planned enhanced X-ray Timing and observatory (eXTP). event generator, based XIMPOL, used to sample parameters of X-rays reaching aperture telescope. The trajectories interactions through corresponding secondaries are calculated using optics detector simulation model built in GEANT4, before being translated into signals pixelated readout electronics. It shown...
By using the theory of planar dynamical systems to a coupled nonlinear wave equation, existence bell-shaped solitary solutions, kink-shaped and periodic solutions is obtained. Under different parametric values, various sufficient conditions guarantee above are given. With help three undetermined coefficient methods, we investigated new exact explicit expression all one kink with nonzero asymptotic value for equation. The cannot be deduced from former references.
