Varicella is a common viral infection in childhood and usually has benign evolution. However, the evolution can be severe immunosuppressed children. Vaccination prevent its occurrence especially development of and/or complicated cases. Methotrexate systemic therapeutic option for many inflammatory diseases, immunosuppressive action exposes users to higher susceptibility infection.
