In this work, graphene oxide/Fe3O4 (GO/Fe3O4) composites were synthesized via a copper catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction for the first time. After further modification with polyacrylic acid (PAA), water-soluble magnetic nanocomposites obtained. The PAA/GO/Fe3O4nanocomposites characterized by atomic force microscopy, transmission electron X-ray diffraction, Raman, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrating sample magnetometry. Due to high...

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are often employed in oxygen reduction reactions (ORR) for hydrogen peroxide production due to their tunable structures and compositions. However, COF electrocatalysts require precise structural engineering, such as heteroatoms or metal site doping, modulate the reaction pathway during ORR process. In this work, we designed a tetraphenyl‐p‐phenylenediamine based electrocatalyst, namely TPDA‐BDA, which exhibited excellent two‐electron (2e) performance with...

Photoreforming presents a promising strategy for upcycling waste polyester‐derived alcohol into valuable chemicals. However, it remains great challenge due to its low performance and unsatisfactory selectivity toward high‐value C2 products. Here, we report the highly efficient selective conversion of ethylene glycol (EG, monomer polyethylene terephthalate (PET)) glycolaldehyde using atomically dispersed Pd species supported on TiO2 catalyst. A production rate 5072 μmol gcat‐1 h‐1 with 90.0%...

Abstract Indium (In) is currently used to fabricate metal bumps on micro-light-emitting diode (Micro-LED) chips due its excellent physical properties. However, as Micro-LED pixel size and pitch decrease, achieving high-quality In densely packed often presents more challenges. This paper describes the process of fabricating micro-LEDs using thermal evaporation, highlighting an issue where tends grow laterally within photoresist pattern, ultimately blocking pattern resulting in undersized...

We report a high-efficient green CdSe/ZnS quantum-dot light-emitting diode (QLED) using 2,2',7,7'-Tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-Spirobifluorene (Spiro-OMeTAD) as an electron buffer layer. The high lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level of Spiro-OMeTAD suppresses the transfer and promotes charge balance. external quantum efficiency (EQE) QLED device is increased by 1.93 times to 14.65%, brightness 1.37 55 760 cd/m <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...

With the expansion of high-speed railway network, issue train energy consumption becomes more serious and attracts much greater concerns. One important ways saving is to find energy-efficient reference profile, which actually a problem optimal control. In this paper, control parameterization method, general efficient numerical approach, employed solve problem. The objective function minimize with penalty on variation subjected fixed travel time, traction braking forces restriction safety...

Abstract Flexible quantum dot light emitting diodes have attracted widespread attention due to their many advantages such as low cost, color tunability, and high luminance effciency. Among flexible electrodes, copper nanowires much electrical conductivity, simple fabrication process, cost. However, the oxidation poor film quality of films are barrier that restrict practical application. In this paper, polyethylene terephthalate/copper nanowires/poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) composite...

The influence of NaBF4 on graphite anode for Li-ion battery was studied by adding it into the process slurry preparation with methods galvanostatic charge-discharge, CV, EIS, SEM and EDS. results showed that: when amount 2%, not only reversible capacity at initial cycle improved, but also efficiency. performances self-discharge stability were all both improved. And its rate calculated 0.87%.d(-1), reduced15% than without NaBF4. EDS tests suggested that, involved in SET formation, changing...

In this paper, specific issues in designing an avalanche photodiode (APD)-based non-line-of-sight (NLOS) ultraviolet (UV) communication system are investigated. A proper wavelength of the UV LEDs and a configuration should be considered carefully to assure feasibility system. Using single scattering model, received optical power at sensitive area APD can calculated. According calculation, it revealed that scattered signal level was very low; therefore, post processing circuit necessary. The...
