El jardín botánico de la FES-Cuautitlán cuenta con nueve colecciones científicas plantas: Arboretum, Jardín del desierto, plantas ornamentales, medicinales, acuáticas, forrajeras, nopales y xoconostle, agaves pulqueros cactáceas, aproximadamente 707 especies. En él se han registrado al menos 30 morfoespecies diversos polinizadores visitantes florales.
