Well controlled nanosheets-based hierarchical microspheres (NSHMS) of pure covellite phase CuS were synthesized using a facile PVP assisted solvothermal process. The reaction conditions optimized various amounts to develop unique structured hollow microspheres. structures have bandgap ~1.97 eV. These mesoporous exhibit excellent photocatalytic activity in degradation organic dyes (Methylene Blue) under natural light comparison other copper sulphide. photocatalysts show extraordinary...

Fat Specific Protein 27 (FSP27), a lipid droplet (LD) associated protein in adipocytes, regulates triglyceride (TG) storage. In the present study we demonstrate that FSP27 plays key role LD morphology to accumulate TGs. We show here promotes clustering of LDs which is followed by their fusion into fewer and enlarged droplets. To map domains responsible for these events, generated GFP-fusion constructs deletion mutants FSP27. Microscopic analysis revealed amino acids 173–220 are necessary...

Triterpenes possess anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive effects. In this study activities of Asparacosin A were evaluated` using in-vitro cyclooxygenases 1 2 (COX-1/2) inhibition assays. Moreover assessed in-vivo by carrageenan-induced paw edema test, xylene-induced ear tests, acetic acid-induced writhing formalin tests. Additionally molecular docking was conducted to elucidate the binding mechanism compound correlate findings with in-silico data. Oral administration at doses 10, 20...

Abstract: Binary fatty acid mixture-based solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) were prepared for delivery of diacerein, a novel disease-modifying osteoarthritis drug, with and without simultaneously loaded gold (GNPs). In order to optimize SLNs temperature-responsive release, mixtures using different ratios (stearic or lauric acid) liquid (oleic acids. by microemulsification (53 nm), hot melt encapsulation (10.4 solvent emulsification-evaporation technique (7.8 nm). The physicochemical...
