Black mulberry, chokeberry and elderberry have medicinal properties associated with the presence of phytochemicals which are compounds potential antioxidant properties. The previously published reports shown that these significantly affect course disease processes by counteracting oxidative stress. In this study, primary anthocyanins were identified using high-performance liquid chromatography – tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Individual phenolic compounds, tocopherols amygdalin...

In this study, semen seminal plasma contents and the motility of sperm cells were determined in Capoeta trutta via a computer-assisted analysis system. addition, we evaluated relationship between ions velocities cells. Although predominant K ( 206.84±20.61 mg L -1 ) Na 128.06±23.82 plasma, Ca 14.05±4.13 Mg 3.35±0.44 not predominate according to our results. However, partially strong relationships curvilinear velocity value (VCL) R2=0.67 ; p<0.05 found, while it was moderate with R2=0.48 )....

Metamizole sodium (MT) is an analgesic and antipyretic drug molecule used in humans, horses, cattle, swine, dogs. rapidly hydrolyzes turns into methylamino antipyrine (MAA), active primary metabolite of MT. The present study aims to determine the pharmacokinetic (PK) profiles MT metabolites after intravenous (IV) intramuscular (IM) administration sex Arabian horses (Equus ferus caballus) using a cross-over design. plasma samples were extracted by solid-phase extraction (SPE) method,...
