〔目的〕歩行中の加速度データから身体重心の変位を算出し,その妥当性を検討することを目的とした.〔対象と方法〕健常男子学生11名を対象とし,加速度計を第3腰椎レベルに装着して3次元動作解析装置の測定域で8条件の歩行を行った.上下・左右方向の加速度データから重心変位を算出し,3次元動作解析装置から算出した重心変位と比較した.妥当性の検討には級内相関係数(ICC)とBland-Altman分析を用いた.〔結果〕いずれの歩行条件においても加速度から算出した重心変位は上下方向で強い相関(0.73-0.94)を示し,左右方向は中等度以下の相関(0.31-0.71)を示した.また,多くの条件下で加算誤差と比例誤差が認められ,加速度計の重心変位が大きかった.〔結語〕加速度データから重心変位を算出することは,歩行の変化を視覚的・直感的に把握できる点において有用であり,簡便に用いられる歩行分析ツールとなり得ることが示唆された.

〔目的〕短時間の静的ストレッチング(以下,SS)が大腿直筋の柔軟性と筋力に及ぼす効果について検討すること.〔対象と方法〕運動習慣が週2日以内の健常若年者30名の右下肢を対象とした.伸張時間を2,4,6,8,10,30秒でSSを行い,それぞれの前後で,踵殿距離,大腿直筋のエラストグラフィによる歪み比と等尺性膝伸展筋力を算出した.〔結果〕踵殿距離は2秒~30秒すべてのSS後に,大腿直筋の歪み比は8秒以上のSS後に有意な低下が見られた.筋力は8秒間まではSS後の変化がなく,10秒以上で有意な低下が見られた.〔結語〕8秒間のSSでは,大腿直筋の筋力が維持され,柔軟性が向上するのに対し,10秒以降では柔軟性が向上し,筋力は低下することが示唆された.
〔目的〕頭頸部伸展位が片脚着地動作に及ぼす影響を明らかにすること.〔対象と方法〕対象は,健常成人女性31名(平均20.1歳)とした.高さ30 cm台からの片脚着地動作を,頭頸部屈曲伸展中間位と,頭頸部伸展位の2条件で行った.片脚着地時の最大の膝関節屈曲と外反角度,体幹前後屈,側屈角度,および着地位置を測定し,条件間で比較した.〔結果〕頭頸部伸展位での着地では頭頸部屈曲伸展中間位の着地に比べて最大膝関節外反角度が有意に大きかった.最大膝屈曲角度と体幹前後屈,側屈角度,着地位置には有意差はみられなかった.〔結語〕頭頸部伸展位での片脚着地動作は膝関節外反角度を増大させ,非接触型前十字靭帯損傷の一要因となると推察された.
