Abstract This paper reports the synthesis and characterization of some spherical crystalline copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), their bimetallic (Cu–Ni) nanoparticles (NPs) produced in deionized (DI) water via pulse laser ablation liquid (PLAL) technique. XRD SAED patterns showed high crystallinity synthesized nanostructures with face-centered cubic structure. The TEM HRTEM images revealed nucleation nanocrystals a size range 2.5 – 25 nm, no remarkable aggregation was seen. Some core–shell oxidized...

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) in photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) on wound healing process.AuNPs are synthesized by Q-switched Nd:YAG laser ablation technique. Cutaneous induced 45 Sprague Dawley rats its dorsal part and then randomly divided into three groups. One group serves as non-treatment (GC) another two groups subjected AuNPs with without PBMT. About 808 nm diode output power 100 mW used a light source for treatment was carried out...

A fiber optic displacement sensor (FODS) that uses a probe to detect metal purity based on intensity modulation technique is proposed and demonstrated. He-Ne laser used as the light source three different types of metals which consists nickel brass, cupronickel, copper clad-steel are target samples. It observed voltages increase brightness changes from dark bright, consequently depends amount content in metal. The highest sensitivity 1.0459 for front slope achieved by thus making it useful...

Abstract Commercial scale production of stable titania nanoclusters (TiO 2 NCs) with controlled physicochemical properties remains challenging. Over the years, to meet constant industrial demand different types pure TiO NCs desired size distribution various strategies have been developed. Most existing synthesis protocols are not enviro-friendly and often require chemical precursors. Considering these factors, we used eco-friendly pulse laser ablation in liquid (PLAL) method make five...

Abstract Laser Surface Smoothing (LSS) is a widely used technique for improving the surface quality of materials, particularly in additive manufacturing (AM), where high roughness and porosity are prevalent. Despite benefits LSS, faces challenges due to fluctuation input parameters, such as laser power scanning speed, leading inadequate smoothening. Hence, this study ultilised processing temperature which has been determined via near-infrared spectroscopic method monitoring parameter LSS....

Abstract Two-dimensional (2D) materials have been widely used in optical applications due to their unique properties such as high transparency, strong light-matter interactions, and tuneable electronic characteristics. In this context, transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD), tungsten disulfide (WS 2 ) molybdenum (MoS has the subject of interest direct bandgap monolayers properties. Previous studies were conducted under different parameters conditions, where results not comparable. This...

Abstract A sensitive tapered optical fiber sensor incorporating graphene oxide (GO) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composite film for the rapid measurement of changes in relative humidity was proposed experimentally demonstrated. The sensing principle based on intensity modulation transmitted light induced by refractive index coatings. region obtained tapering a section single-mode (SMF) from its original 125 µm diameter down to 9.03 µm. structure then modified through deposition GO/PVA...
