Dairy products, especially cheeses have a great nutritional value and high consumption level around the world. Considering widespread of cheeses, there is growing concern regarding safety microbiological quality. The current study was designed to conduct recent evaluation Sixty cheese samples from retailing Egyptian markets were analyzed on different selective media 64 bacteria, 35 yeasts 8 molds isolated. Out 60 samples; 26.6% contaminated with Escherichia coli, 73.3% Staphylococcus scuiri,...

Abstract The current study was conducted to determine and investigate the antimicrobial, antioxidant activity, vitamins, organic acid short-chain fatty composition of postbiotics produced by some probiotics. In this study, antimicrobial activity all from tested probiotic strains showed zones inhibition against most indicator strains, but with different diameters. results show that L. acidophilus helveticus had largest inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria fungi. also have activity. It...

A structured nonlinear dynamic model for a single continuous fermentor of ethanol production using Zymomonas mobiliz is built and validated to investigate the effect dilution rate. detailed bifurcation analysis performed at different feed substrate concentrations. It found that oscillatory behavior dominates system both concentrations 140 200 g/L; however, high periodicity in form period-doubling cascade appeared higher value The gives reasonable results compared with experiments.

In this work, a structured verified nonlinear mathematical model for single continuous fermenter of bioethanol production using Zymomonas mobiliz is developed to investigate the effect feed substrate concentration, which taken as main bifurcation parameter performing analysis. The chaotic, oscillatory, and steady-state behaviors fermentation system are investigated. It found that dominated by oscillatory behavior in medium gravity (MG) region (80.76 < Cso 213.6), while it stable steady state...

A structured model of bioreactor for an activated sludge process was presented. The stability and bifurcation characteristics the are investigated, analysis shows static complex dynamic behavior (periodic complex) over a wide range parameters. exhibits new interesting (in some parameters) including four limit points (turning points) two Hopf points, that cause different kinds rich ranging from asymptotically stable hysteresis to periodic behavior.

Problem statement: The activated sludge system is a complex dynamic process and must account for large number of reactions between numbers components. There necessity simulation models which describe the behavior process. application in most treatment plants limited due to lack appropriate data acquisition parameters identification studies. To realize this, an improvement operating strategies Waste-Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) required. objectives this study were to: (i) build model...
