Abstract FeOOH quantum dots (QDs) were successfully anchored on 2D BiOBr nanosheets as composite photo‐Fenton catalysts by a simple precipitation and impregnation method. Using Rhodamine B (RhB) an organic dye model, the catalytic activity of catalyst was significantly higher than that FeOOH. Among them, 1.8 % FeOOH/BiOBr has highest activity.
