Starting from weakly bound Feshbach molecules, we demonstrate a two-photon pathway to the dipolar ground state of bi-alkali molecules that involves only singlet-to-singlet optical transitions. This eliminates search for suitable intermediate with sufficient singlet-triplet mixing and exploration its hyperfine structure, as is typical pathways starting triplet dominated molecules. By selecting stretched singlet component controlling polarization excitation laser, assure coupling single...

We present the comparison of a field-programmable-gate-array (FPGA) based digital servo module with an analog counterpart for purpose laser frequency stabilization to high-finesse optical cavity. The transfer functions both and modules proportional-integral-derivative control are measured. For lasers stabilized cavity, we measure singe-sideband power spectral density fast phase noise by means beat filtered light transmitted through between is performed two low-phase-noise diode at 1120 665...

We report the creation of ultracold ground state $^{6}\textrm{Li}^{40}\textrm{K}$ polar molecules with high efficiency. Starting from weakly-bound state, stimulated Raman adiabatic passage (STIRAP) is adopted to coherently transfer their singlet ro-vibrational $|\textrm{X}^{1}\Sigma^{+},v=0,J=0>$. By employing a STIRAP pathway and low-phase-noise narrow-linewidth lasers, we observed one-way efficiency 96(4)\,\%. Held in an optical dipole trap, lifetime ground-state measured be 5.0(3)\,ms....

We present spectroscopic measurements of the long range states 6 Li 40 K molecule near its Li(4 2 S1/2) + K(4 P3/2) asymptote which in combination with existing data short lead to full characterization B 1 Π potential high resolution. This survey was conducted context identifying a suitable pathway for efficient two-photon transfer absolute ro-vibronic ground state heteronuclear dimers.

We report on a high-resolution spectroscopic survey of 6Li40K molecules near the 2S + 4P dissociation threshold and produce fully empirical representation for B1Π potential by connecting available short- long-range data. The purpose is to identify suitable intermediate state coherent Raman transfer absolute ground state, creation molecular gas with dipolar interactions. Starting from weakly bound ultracold Feshbach molecules, transition frequencies twenty-six vibrational states are...
