The purpose of this paper is to report a case 16-day-old infant with two natal teeth in mandibular anterior region associated ulceration on the tip and ventral surface tongue. Clinical presentation revealed Grade II mobility Riga–Fede Disease. treatment planned was extract both followed by curettage extraction socket prevent aspiration, swallowing teeth, for early resolution ulcerative lesion.
