With the flexibilization tendency of traditional electronics, developing sensing devices for low-temperature field is demanding. Here, we fabricated a flexible copper-based thermistor by laser direct writing process with Cu ion precursors. The performs excellent temperature ability and high stability under different environments. We discussed effect power on sensitivity thermistor, explained mechanism as-written films, sensor array realizing management in specific zone. All investigations...

Anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) effect thin film sensor has a very wide prospect in application. In this paper, we studied the structure, AMR and size of Permalloy with (Ni0.81Fe0.19)0.66Cr0.34 layer as buffer layer. The resistance NiFeCr is larger than that Ta same face-cubic structure NiFe, which could depress current shunting effectively be benefit to formation well-textured NiFe measurements XRD AFM showed that, specimens...

The genetic algorithm has been adopted to optimize the structure of magneto-optical disk. results show that this method advantages over traditional such as less constraint, implicit parallelism and global optimization. Additionally, we can get a set results, not just only one, second time optimization be proceeded based on first.
