Aiming at the problem of continuous control asymmetric forebody vortices a high angle attack in bi-stable regime, dual synthetic jet actuator embedded an ogive was designed. Acceleration of objects in fluids widely exists biological propulsions and contains rich unsteady fluid mechanisms.
