Esophageal anastomosis leak has an average incidence of 10% and three times the risk mortality. Use should be made all available tools to reduce anastomotic leak. Endoscopy could useful during trans postoperative period morbidity mortality in high-risk esophageal anastomoses. We present this case as proof this.

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is an autosomal dominant characterized by multiple hamartomatous polyps in the gastrointestinal tract, mucocutaneous pigmentation. We present a case of intestinal intussusception secondary to these polyps.
