We measure the magnetotransport properties of three-dimensional Dirac semimetal Cd_{3}As_{2} single crystal under magnetic fields up to 36 T. Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) oscillations are clearly resolved and n=1 Landau level is reached. A detailed analysis on intercept index plot reveals a significant dependence SdH phase factor orientation applied field. When field in [001] direction, i.e., along fourfold screw axis tetragonal structure, nontrivial π Berry phase, as predicted for fermions,...

Recently the resistance saturation at low temperature in Kondo insulator ${\mathrm{SmB}}_{6}$, a long-standing puzzle condensed matter physics, was proposed to originate from topological surface state. Here we systematically studied magnetoresistance of ${\mathrm{SmB}}_{6}$ up 55 T. For decreasing below 16 K, temperature-dependent exhibits negative magnetoresistance, while angular-dependent shows fourfold symmetry. Below 5 both temperature- and magnetoresistances show similar crossover...

This study distinguishes enterprises into high- and low-type categories based on enterprise value cost efficiency, examining their strategic behaviors in three investment timing games: move simultaneously, the high-type moves first, first. By comparing games, we find that both types of would always exert more effort sequential game than simultaneous game, later-move advantage makes prefer to become follower game. We also enhanced efficiency or gap possessed by widen between two enterprises,...

Magnetotransport measurements were performed on a cross-junction made from polycrystalline graphene grown at low temperature. The Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation is observed, which the cyclotron mass mc can be derived varying 0.043 to 0.055 times that of free electron. changing rate electron temperature found much lower than in pristine via universal heating study. Investigations characteristic lengths weak localization reveal atomically sharp defects dominate elastic scattering process, while...

Magnetization measurements of La0.5Sr0.5Mn1−xAlxO3 (0 ⩽ x 0.25) under pulsed high magnetic fields up to 50 T have been carried out, in which the Al3+ ions doping and field effects on charge-ordering/antiferromagnetic ferromagnetic phase transitions discussed. A triple-phase diagram with critical field, level temperature has determined, antiferromagntic boundaries were clearly defined. The change from long-range charge-ordered/antiferromagnetic phases robust short-range ones upon Al3+-doping...

The microstructure evolution of the transition between premartensite and martensite in Ni50Mn34In15.5Al0.5 alloy was investigated directly by situ optical microscope under various temperatures pulsed magnetic fields. microscopic observations at different indicate that martensitic from to reverse can be induced through cooling heating respectively. A simple modified analytic EAM model for bcc Fe and fcc Al metals is used to calculate the lattice constant elastic constants of ordered intermetallic alloys FeAl. The formation energies vacancy antisite defects, migration FeAl in B2 structure type are also calculated. present calculations quite agreement with experimental data results obtained by other authors.

The enhanced 2D layered structure single crystalline TlCo2Se2 has been successfully fabricated, which exhibits field-induced 3D spin-flop phase transitions. In the case of magnetic field parallel to c-axis (B//c), applied induces evolution noncollinear helical coupling into a ferromagnetic (FM) state with all magnetization Co ion c-axis. A striking variation strain within ab-plane is noticed in region 20-30 T. perpendicular (B ⊥ c), inter-layer antiferromagnetic (AFM) may transform an...

Abstract Firms suffer security‐interdependent risks while applying network technology, causing severe customer churn. This paper studies the security and price decisions of firms that face security‐sensitivity consumers. We show one firm's product increases (decreases) with other's efforts under positive (negative) interdependence. can overinvest or underinvest in due to Two mechanisms are proposed solve this distortion.
