Abstract It is known that extracellular free radical reactive oxygen species (ROS) rather than intracellular ROS plays a non‐substitutable role in regulation of tumor‐suppressing (M1) tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) polarization. However, most therapeutic nanoplatforms mainly provide and exhibit insufficient accumulation near TAMs, which strongly limits the macrophage‐based immunotherapeutic effects. Here we design synthesize chiral MoS 2 /CoS nanozymes with peroxidase (POD)‐like...
The degree to which branches are autonomous in their acclimation responses alteration light environment is still poorly understood. We investigated the effects of shading sapling crown Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook on whole-tree and mid-crown branch growth current-year foliage structure physiology. Four treatments providing 0, 50, 75 90% compared with full daylight (denoted as Treatment(0), Treatment(50%), Treatment(75%) Treatment(90%), Shaded(0), Shaded(50%), Shaded(75%) Shaded(90%)...
We report on the fabrication of high-power, high-spectral-purity GaSb-based laterally coupled distributed feedback (LC-DFB) lasers emitting at 2 μm. Second-order Chromium-Bragg-gratings are fabricated alongside ridge waveguide by lift off. Due to introduction gain coupling, exhibit a stable single mode operation [side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) >40 dB] from 10 °C 50 and maximum SMSR is as high 53 dB. At heat-sink temperature °C, emit more than 40 mW continuous-wave in longitudinal...
The structural stability of nanocatalysts during electrochemical CO2 reduction (CO2RR) is crucial for practical applications. However, highly active often reconstruct under reductive conditions, requiring stabilization strategies to maintain activity. Here, we demonstrate that the N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) polymer stabilizes Au nanowire (NW) catalysts selective CO over a broad potential range, enabling coupling with Cu NWs one-step tandem conversion C2H4. By combining hydrophobicity...
This work reports the intense emissions at 2.7 and 2.84 μm in a Ho³⁺/Er³⁺-codoped fluoride glass (ZrF₄-BaF₂-YF₃-AlF₃). An extensive transmission spectrum absence of strong OH⁻ absorption guarantee observation mid-infrared (IR) emissions. For sample, 2.7- 2.84-μm are 5.8 3.8 times higher with larger emission cross-sections (10.2×10⁻²¹ 9.8×10⁻²¹ cm²), respectively. Meanwhile, other near to middle infrared (1200, 2045 nm from Ho³⁺ 980, 1535 Er³⁺ ions) all enhanced. The collective enhanced...
Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4 (CTLA-4) is a pivotal immune checkpoint receptor, playing crucial role in modulating T-cell activation. In this study, we delved into the underlying mechanism by which common mutation, G199R, cytoplasmic domain of CTLA-4 impacts its inhibitory function. Utilizing nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and biochemical techniques, mapped conformational changes induced mutation investigated activity. Our findings reveal that leads to distinct alteration,...

Passive mode locking with a fundamental repetition rate at ∼18.46 GHz is demonstrated in two-section InGaSb/AlGaAsSb quantum well laser emitting 2 μm. Modal gain characteristics of the are investigated by performing Hakki-Paoli method to better insight into impact absorber bias voltage (Va) on light output. The lasing action moves longer wavelengths markedly increasing negative Va. output contains more longitudinal modes regime if bandwidth larger certain Our findings provide guidelines for...
High power and high brightness mid-infrared GaSb based lasers are desired for many applications, however, the lateral divergence is still influence factor practical application. In this paper, a simple effective approach on fishbone-shape microstructure was proposed, improvement both output of 2 μm broad-area demonstrated. The reduced averagely by 55% 15.8° 95% content realized. continuous-wave emission increased about 19% with decreased threshold current. other merits unchanged intrinsic...
InGaSb/AlGaAsSb double-quantum-well diode lasers emitting around 2 μm are demonstrated. The AlGaAsSb barriers of the grown with digital alloy techniques consisting binary AlSb/AlAs/GaSb short-period pairs. Peak power conversion efficiency 26% and an higher than 16% at 1 W achieved continuous-wave operation for a 2-mm-long 100-μm-wide stripe laser. maximum output single emitter reaches to 1.4 7 A. 19-emitter bars 20% 16 fabricated. Lasers short-period-pair proved have improved temperature...
In order to improve the security of steganography system, this paper presents a scheme based on fractal images. This method makes use good properties creation images, such as ease generation, sensitive dependence their initial condition, information are embedded during creating images by secret and parameters. The receiver can extract comparing difference between Stego-Images Cover-Images recovered with same attackers can't recover without parameters, then don't get information. On other...
The stability of the moving mirror a Michelson Fourier transform spectrometer (M-FTS) has non-negligible influence on its spectral quality, which limits application. We proposed scheme with pair rotating parallel mirrors (RPM-FTS), advantages fast response and high stability. parallelism error interference was analyzed by establishing rotation vector model between error, angle, optical path. modulation depth RPM-FTS is more insensitive same installation M-FTS; thus, details can be displayed easily.
Abstract Sulfur dioxide (SO 2 )‐based gas therapy and chemodynamic therapyare both reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐mediated anticancer strategies, but there are few reports of their combined application. To this end, a novel graft‐type copolymeric SO prodrug, PLG‐ g ‐mPEG‐DNs, is designed synthesized in work. The amphiphilic polypeptides can self‐assemble into nanoparticles (NPs) encapsulated Cu(II) ions by metal‐carboxyl coordination. In vitro release results showed that the obtained NPs‐Cu...
A numerical simulator of a turbulence phase screen based on power spectrum density is described in this paper. The low-frequency adding technique used the fast-Fourier-transform-based method extended to whole frequency domain. range and spatial coordinates are no longer limited by sampling, so that screens can be applied multibeam time-dependent scenario. Several spectrums simulator. structure function, modulation transfer variance Zernike coefficient calculated with Kolmogorov model for...
We propose a tomography algorithm to enhance the resolution of 3D velocity model building. Our uses fat ray instead conventional asymptotic ray. Compared tomography, resulting matrix is far less sparse. Thus, while new may still be ill‐conditioned, much regularization required produce well‐posed system. In turn this should lead higher tomographic update. A subsalt analysis test on Sigsbee 2a shows promising result; we also apply technique well‐tie that estimates anisotropy parameters.
In this article, we present a tunable GaSb-based blazed grating external cavity laser (BG-ECL) with high spectral purity and output power single-mode operation around 1940nm. The drastic increase in selectivity optical results from the employment of single-transverse-mode operating narrow ridge waveguide diode an optimized AR coating on front facet. stable fundamental spatial mode beam enables efficient collimation coupling efficiency grating, leading to stronger wavelength-selective...
