Abstract It is known that extracellular free radical reactive oxygen species (ROS) rather than intracellular ROS plays a non‐substitutable role in regulation of tumor‐suppressing (M1) tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) polarization. However, most therapeutic nanoplatforms mainly provide and exhibit insufficient accumulation near TAMs, which strongly limits the macrophage‐based immunotherapeutic effects. Here we design synthesize chiral MoS 2 /CoS nanozymes with peroxidase (POD)‐like...

Second-order Chromium-Bragg-gratings are fabricated alongside ridge waveguide by lift off. Due to introduction gain coupling, exhibit a stable single mode operation [side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) >40 dB] from 10 °C 50 and maximum SMSR is as high 53 dB. At heat-sink temperature °C, emit more than 40 mW continuous-wave in longitudinal...

The structural stability of nanocatalysts during electrochemical CO2 reduction (CO2RR) is crucial for practical applications. However, highly active often reconstruct under reductive conditions, requiring stabilization strategies to maintain activity. Here, we demonstrate that the N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) polymer stabilizes Au nanowire (NW) catalysts selective CO over a broad potential range, enabling coupling with Cu NWs one-step tandem conversion C2H4. By combining hydrophobicity...

This work reports the intense emissions at 2.7 and 2.84 μm in a Ho³⁺/Er³⁺-codoped fluoride glass (ZrF₄-BaF₂-YF₃-AlF₃). An extensive transmission spectrum absence of strong OH⁻ absorption guarantee observation mid-infrared (IR) emissions. For sample, 2.7- 2.84-μm are 5.8 3.8 times higher with larger emission cross-sections (10.2×10⁻²¹ 9.8×10⁻²¹ cm²), respectively. Meanwhile, other near to middle infrared (1200, 2045 nm from Ho³⁺ 980, 1535 Er³⁺ ions) all enhanced. The collective enhanced...

Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4 (CTLA-4) is a pivotal immune checkpoint receptor, playing crucial role in modulating T-cell activation. In this study, we delved into the underlying mechanism by which common mutation, G199R, cytoplasmic domain of CTLA-4 impacts its inhibitory function. Utilizing nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and biochemical techniques, mapped conformational changes induced mutation investigated activity. Our findings reveal that leads to distinct alteration,...

We propose a tomography algorithm to enhance the resolution of 3D velocity model building. Our uses fat ray instead conventional asymptotic ray. Compared tomography, resulting matrix is far less sparse. Thus, while new may still be ill‐conditioned, much regularization required produce well‐posed system. In turn this should lead higher tomographic update. A subsalt analysis test on Sigsbee 2a shows promising result; we also apply technique well‐tie that estimates anisotropy parameters.
