Abstract The Timepix4 is a readout ASIC developed by the Medipix4 collaboration, designed to work with various semiconductor sensors form detection systems 448×512 pixels pitch of 55 µm. Its ability simultaneously measure Time Arrival (ToA) and over Threshold (ToT) signal makes it particularly suitable for spectral imaging applications.
