Background: Studies in the adjuvant setting suggest that timing of breast cancer diagnosis, surgery, and chemotherapy might affect outcomes. In neoadjuvant setting, data exploring whether expeditious (nac) after diagnosis improves rate pathologic complete response (pcr) are limited.
