Pathology to vertebrate hosts has emerged repeatedly in the order Ophiostomatales. Occasional infections have been observed Sporothrix mexicana at a low level of virulence, while main pathogenic species cluster derived clade around S. schenckii s.str. In this paper, phylogeny and epidemiology members were investigated for 99 clinical 36 environmental strains using four genetic loci, viz. rDNA ITS partial CAL, TEF1, TEF3; data are compared with amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP)...

This paper evaluates questions generated by LLMs from context, comparing them to human-generated across six dimensions. We introduce an automated LLM-based evaluation method, focusing on aspects like question length, type, context coverage, and answerability. Our findings highlight unique characteristics of LLM-generated questions, contributing insights that can support further research in quality downstream applications.

Current application designers have moved to integrate large language models (LLMs) into their products. These LLM-integrated applications are vulnerable prompt injection vulnerabilities. While attempts been made address this problem by building a detector that can monitor inputs the LLM and detect attacks, we find many detectors not yet suitable for practical deployment. To support research in area, design PromptShield benchmark evaluating detectors. We also construct new detector, which...

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine-gynecologic disorder affecting women of childbearing age. It has a wide range clinical manifestations, including menstrual irregularity, infertility, hirsutism, acne, and obesity. Studies have confirmed that PCOS can significantly reduce patient's health-related quality life (HRQoL). The pathophysiology poorly understood, but it believed to be caused by interaction several factors. Moreover, there lack information about HRQoL...

The aim of the present study was to survey and record plant species associated with Citrullus colocynthis in different altitudinal localities West Saudi Arabia. Depending on presence L. species, seven stands Arabia; expending from 25 m up 2220 a.s.l. height 330 km long were selected for this study. Soil samples collected studied soil properties investigated. Also, C. collected, recorded prepared as herbarium specimens. represented by ecological, geographical edaphic sites. A list 127...
