Selective oxidation of methacrolein to methacrylic acid was carried out over Cu- and Fe-doped acidic cesium salts molybdovanadophosphoric acids. The influences preparation conditions on the structure catalytic properties catalysts were investigated. Results showed that addition method NH4+ in precursors greatly affected calcined catalysts. When MoO3, V2O5, H3PO4 used prepare parent heteropoly acid, which further reacted with mixed metal nitrates form Keggin-type precursor, ammonia promoted...
SBA-15 supported metal-doped cesium ion catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method and characterized N2 adsorption–desorption, XRD, FT-IR, SEM TEM. The characterization results indicated that ordered hexagonal mesoporous structure of support remained intact after incorporating cesium. Stepwise TPD NH3 CO2 was used to estimate strength number surface acid base sites, respectively. effects Cs-loading, sources cation, template concentration on physicochemical properties catalytic...
Au nanoparticles supported on Ce0.6Zr0.4O2solid solution with high reducibility and basicity is an efficient catalyst for oxidative esterification.
Five kinds of carboxyl-functionalized quaternary ammonium ionic liquids (ILs), tricaprylmethylammonium succinate ([A336]Suc), aspartate ([A336]Asp), glutamate ([A336]Glu), trifluoroacetate ([A336]TFA), and phthalate ([A336]Pha), with strong hydrophobicity hydrogen bond basicity were used to separate methacrylic acid (MAA) acetic (HAc) from an aqueous solution. [A336]Suc shows better extraction performance than the other ILs because stronger bonding basicity. Even though HAc antagonistic...
The deactivation mechanisms of Nb2O5 catalysts in fixed-bed reactors were systematically investigated, revealing that carbon deposition and structural phase transformations synergistically drive catalyst degradation.During adiponitrile synthesis, deposits evolve progressively...
Abstract Separation of methacrolein (MAL) is a critical technique for the production methyl methacrylate, which an important raw material preparation acrylic resins applied in variety end‐uses. In this work, azeotropic distillation process and ionic liquid (IL) green were developed separation MAL with BmimBF 4 . The two processes simulated Aspen plus. results are good agreement experimental attained pilot plant. Also economic degree analysis these was investigated. When compared process, IL...
The MgO, (NH4)2SO4or MoO3-modified Au/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2catalysts presented better catalytic performance in the oxidative esterification of MAL to MMA and active oxygen species assigned low-temperature reduction played a significant role.
Density and viscosity for the methanol + methyl methacrylate (MMA) binary system over whole concentration range in temperature from (383.15 to 333.15) K were measured. From all experimental data, excess molar volumes VE deviations δη calculated. Excess correlated by Redlich−Kister type equations. Optimally fitted parameters are presented, correlation results satisfactory agreement with data.
The promoting effects of lead for palladium catalyzed aerobic oxidative coupling methylacrolein with methanol were illustrated from a multi-scale viewpoint.
An AuNi/LaMg–FDU-12 bimetallic catalyst exhibits excellent performance for oxidative coupling of aldehydes with methanol to directly produce methyl esters.
