Urea derivatives are obtained in mild to good yield from the reactions of primary aliphatic amines with CO2 absence any catalysts, organic solvents or other additives. To optimize reaction conditions, experimental variables including temperature, pressure, concentration amine, time etc. were studied. Satisfactory yields at optimized conditions that comparable presence catalyst and solvent. The preliminary investigation mechanism showed alkyl ammonium carbamate was quickly formed as...

Abstract Photocured room temperature phosphorescent (RTP) materials hold great potential for practical applications but are scarcely reported. Here, we develop photocured RTP (P-Lig) using a combination of lignosulfonate, acrylamide, and ionic liquid (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide). With this design, lignosulfonate simultaneously serves as chromophore photoinitiator. Specifically, in the generates radicals to polymerize acrylamide upon UV irradiation. The resulting is automatically...

Nanostructured cerium-based catalytic materials have attracted much attention in the field of redox catalysis, due to excellent active sites exposed on nanocrystal surface, and herein, oxygen vacancy (OV) crystal facet effect typical model nanostructured ceria (Nano-CeO2) were focused investigated for aerobic cyclohexane oxidation. Specifically CeO2 nanocubes with a {100} facet, nanopolyhedrons dominant {111} nanorods {110} roles OV acid toward oxidation systematically investigated. Surface...

Abstract Producing mechanic robust and sustainable room temperature phosphorescent (RTP) films in a convenient manner is fundamental requirement but remains challenging. Here, an efficient “top‐down” method for processing natural wood into RTP developed. Specifically, partially delignified to increase its processability the first step. After that, treated converted W‐film with tensile strength of 273.6 MPa via mechanical pressing. The lignin units are well confined by cellulose W‐film,...

Uniform flowerlike Ni7S6 nanostructures composed of nanopetals with sharp tips have been synthesized by a mild hydrothermal method. On the basis series contrast experiments, probable growth mechanism and fabrication process products was proposed. The catalytic performances as-synthesized samples were tested in selective hydrogenation chloronitrobezene. Compared other nickel sulfide different morphologies structures, show much higher activity selectivity hydrogenations nitrobenzene...

This study assessed the impact of assimilating Fengyun-4A (FY-4A) Advanced Geosynchronous Radiation Imager (AGRI) observations on Super Typhoon “In-Fa” event based Weather Research and Forecasting Data Assimilation (WRFDA) system three-dimensional variational data assimilation (3DVAR) method. It was found that two water vapor channels 9–10 from full-disk AGRI datasets yield relatively stable results in terms track forecast In-Fa. A new cloud-detection method using a Particle Filter (PF)...

Selective reduction of phenol to cyclohexanone over the Pd/C catalyst in presence a hydrogen source HCOONa/H2O has been studied. Surprisingly, was transformed efficiently an excellent yield above 98% under microwave irradiation. The influence some parameters like reaction temperature, time and amount donor, as well pathway discussed. combination irradiation certified be effective for its derivatives their corresponding cyclohexanones.
