An efficient, metal-free method for synthesizing thiophosphinate or phosphonothioate by direct P–S bond coupling at room temperature is reported.
A highly efficient amidation reaction of heterocycles with N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide (NFSI) has been developed, presumably proceeding via C–H bond activation. Cuprous iodide was employed as the catalyst, and various α-amidated heterocycle derivatives have generated in good to excellent yields. This chemistry endowed an economic method synthesis valuable amidated through a direct C–N bond-coupling processes.
Herein, we report an efficient photoinduced iron-catalyzed strategy for cross-couplings of alkyl carboxylic and acrylic acids, which provides a powerful tool the synthesis variety alkenes with polar functional groups. This novel synthetic methodology can also be applied to preparation ketones by using α-keto acids. Mechanistic experiments revealed preliminary mechanistic details. Diverse functionalization could achieved, may help streamline complex analogues drug discovery.
A copper-mediated direct synthesis of sulfonamides via an oxygen-activated radical process has been developed.
The five-membered ring skeleton is one of the most pivotal in area pharmaceutical and natural products. [3 + 2] cycloadditions cyclopropyl unsaturated compounds are a highly efficient atom-economical way to build five-member compound. previous works about kind usually utilized metal or organic small molecule catalysts. However, an ideal cycloaddition reaction that smoothly happens without any additives catalysts under mild conditions underdeveloped. Hence, we report aryl purple LED. In this...
Comprehensive Summary It is urgent to recycle polyethylene terephthalate (PET) effectively, since it the most consumed synthetic polyester and its improper disposal has caused significant environmental pollution. The existing chemical recycling methods highly rely on nucleophilic substitutions hydrogenative depolymerizations, which typically require use of excess nucleophiles, strong acids or bases, expensive metal catalysts, explosive gas atmosphere. Here, we demonstrate a mild efficient...
Abstract In light of the growing concern over nitrate pollution, developing convenient and efficient electrochemical sensors for ions is crucial enhancing monitoring drinking water food safety. To improve sensitivity stability copper‐based electrodes detection, ultra‐high conductivity graphene foam developed by group utilized as a supporting electrode copper. By increasing surface roughness foam, its binding interaction with copper enhanced, which significantly improved electron transfer...
A Brønsted acid-catalyzed decarboxylative redox amination involving aldehydes with 2-carboxyindoline for the synthesis of N-alkylindoles is described. The condensations produce azomethine ylides in situ, which then transform into by isomerization.
A method for the copper-catalyzed regioselective β-functionalization of tertiary amines with thiophenols has been developed. The control experiments and primary studies show that a thiyl radical is involved in reaction, provides novel direct approach to synthesize C(sp3)–S bonds without directing group under ligand-free conditions.
Soil columns packed by Chinese loess were tested under stimulated wetting–drying cycles. The results of leaching tests showed that ACPs concentration, although changed with initial peak concentration and secondary eventually tended to a stable level at about 6.0 mg L−1 within 48 h. cycle the cumulative mass mean size increased length drying period period. after 90-d was nine times 1 d. In addition, release transport cycles having same duration. After ten cycles, for 30-d 35.35% 15 d 18.33%....
