Simple oxide heterostructures have been fabricated by growing multiferroic TbMnO3 thin film on Nb-1 wt %-doped SrTiO3 substrate. In addition to the beneficial rectifying characteristics in a temperature range from 350 30 K, intriguing observation is that at constant reverse bias current increases with decreasing below 275 K. By analyzing band diagram, anomalous increasing was ascribed strain-assisted tunneling through TbMnO3∕Nb-doped p–n junctions.

Structural, electrical transport, and magnetic properties of polycrystalline samples ${\mathrm{PrBa}}_{2\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{x}{\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}{\mathrm{O}}_{7\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{\ensuremath{\delta}}}$ were investigated. The solid solubility limit for Sr in was found to be about 0.8 the orthorhombic-to-tetragonal phase transition occurred at $x=0.2.$ With doping, resistivity reduced abruptly, especially low temperatures. For $x=0$ sample,...

Objectives The purpose of this study was to describe the findings juxtapleural pulmonary tuberculoma on contrast-enhanced sonography and investigate their correlation with histologic findings. Methods From April 2008 2012, 21 patients biopsy or clinically proven tuberculomas underwent an intravenous bolus injection 4.8 mL a sulfur hexafluoride–filled microbubble contrast agent. Enhancement patterns functional parameters (time enhancement, time peak signal intensity) derived from...

ZnO thin films were prepared by two methods .One was ion beam sputtering then annealing at 700°C in O2, another RF magnetron 600°C O2. The structures, morphologies, and electrical resistivities of the investigated compared. influences different on properties film studied XRD, AFM LCR HITESTER. Compared with sputtering, fabricated deposition have disordered growth orientation, bigger surface roughness higher resistivity.

Abstract A facile method to control the contracting rate of thermal expansible bars for pulling crystal is first suggested. The bars, set in a modified Dewar flask whose vacuum degree controlled, are heated designed temperature and then switch off power let it cool down at desired rate, which depends largely on changeable degree. This new approach expected completely eliminate effects, possibly reduces smooth extent expansion, caused by minor fluctuations during growth process realize utmost...

A facile approach to control the cooling rate of high temperature charging was first suggested. The furnace tube surrounded with electrical wires put into Dewar flask whose degree vacuum controlled. Switching off power and changing when heated desired value. Since Dewar's thermal conducting coefficient mainly depends on vacuum, so controllable a great extent. corresponding experiment carried out prove its feasibility.
