In this paper, a circularly polarized rectenna is proposed for microwave energy transmission, which composed of broadband Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) antenna and rectifier circuit. A dielectric resonator loaded on the SIW antenna, enhancing impedance bandwidth. Circular polarization achieved by chamfering diagonal rectangular patch.
