We present the case of a 38-year-old patient without risk factors, who presented with Fournier’s gangrene secondary to marsupialization Bartholin´s gland. Fournier´s is an extremely rare complication after instrumented management gland abscess. The aims explore further evidence regarding clinical presentation, diagnosis, and timely these surgical complication, due its rapid progression it can compromise patient´s life.
