An airborne delay Doppler altimeter was flown in autumn 2014. A calibration suite including a GNSS buoy, two tide gauges and GPS stations were established. experiment carried out to test the buoy as whole under dynamic ocean condition, validate its performance accuracy via inter-comparison of gauges, demonstrate altimetry methods estimate system bias. This paper presented some results. The proven have ability measuring sea surface height within 1cm, bias had consistency centimeter level.
