Cobalt ferrite CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared via a polyacrylamide gel route and characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS VSM. It is demonstrated that the sample (designated S1) without using cross-linking agent bis-acrylamide has an average grain size of 45 nm, while S2) introducing amount which about 1/5 times acrylamide 23 nm. The two kinds particles are shaped like spheres. cation distribution determined, from Co 2p3/2 Fe spectra, to be (Co0.4Fe0.6)[Co0.6Fe1.4]O4 for both samples, where...
Ag2CrO4 nanoparticles (10-35 nm) were assembled onto LaFeO3 (20-60 via a facile chemical precipitation method to form novel Ag2CrO4-LaFeO3 heterojunction composite photocatalysts. The prepared composites characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, BET, UV-vis DRS, PL spectroscopy and EIS photocurrent response. TEM result clearly shows that particles are decorated heterojunction. Compared bare LaFeO3, the 10%Ag2CrO4-LaFeO3 exhibits slightly increased BET specific surface area, density, decreased...
La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) nanoparticles were synthesized by a polyacrylamide gel route. LSMO-graphene nanocomposites fabricated mixing LSMO and graphene into absolute ethanol solution followed thermal drying. SEM observation shows that the are uniformly regularly shaped like spheres with an average size of ∼24 nm. TEM reveals well assembled onto sheets. The photocatalytic activity prepared samples was evaluated degrading methyl red (MR) under visible-light irradiation. It is demonstrated exhibit...
In practical applications, the quick startup of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) sensors is particularly crucial, and temperature drift during a power-on has become major concern. this paper, universal analysis method for variation MEMS resonant proposed. research, one-dimensional simplified thermal resistance model was established by quantitatively calculating equivalent power consumption complete heat source different transfer methods. The device characteristics verified via finite...
Air microfluidic circuits have been widely concerned in the separation of atmospheric particulate matter, especially for portable matter detection devices. Currently, no systematic approach design and optimization an air-microfluidic system PM has reported literature. In this paper, a two-stage air circuit is designed. The process divided into two stages: first, preliminary structure completed according to aerodynamic theory. Then, influences various factors (such as flow channel width, tilt...
