Abstract In this paper, the thermal diffusion behavior of Fe/Cu/Ni multilayer coatings was investigated by molecular dynamics. The results show that Fe, Cu, and Ni elements can diffuse each other at 1250 K. Meanwhile, intrinsic coefficients interdiffusion were calculated. Besides, mechanism for high melting-point Fe K analyzed in paper. According to simulation result, lattices disturbed active Cu particles. particles higher energies may move out their original positions migrate into lattice...

Abstract In this paper, the deformation behavior of Al-4.5Cu alloys containing Cu clusters under high temperature is systematically investigated by molecular dynamics. Reduced nucleation stress dislocation driven increasing strain rate and temperature, which triggers stress–strain curves alloy showing gradually elastic-plastic stage elastic-plastic-viscous stage. Besides, defect surface in do not have enough time to move along gather due increase rate, make distribution mainly divide into...

Currently, the application of 3D-printed biomass-based carbon electrodes is hindered by their suboptimal performance. This study utilizes walnut shell powder as a source and employs selective laser sintering technology for efficient 3D printing double-helix precursor. High-performance are prepared through carbonization potassium hydroxide (KOH) activation. Comparative studies on microstructure electrochemical performance carbonized activated samples were conducted. Experimental results...

The effect of P/S-wave on the solidification feeding and mechanism vibration promoting in low-pressure casting are discussed paper. defects were analysed by X-ray non-destructive testing buoyancy method. It can be found that compactness is greatly improved vibration. In feeding, according to theory, P-wave will play a decisive role. When transmission direction perpendicular direction, it lead alternation dense-sparse state system. blocked, sparse state, diameter channel increase, so pressure...

A novel strategy for the preparation of designable alloy coatings by Al-induced electroless plating combined with thermal diffusion was proposed in paper. Based on method, used to create multilayer coatings. Thermal is form This technique can resolve design problem plating. For coatings, were prepared as basic materials. Thus, possibility and procedure investigated primarily. However, alloyed diffusion. The required accommodate high temperatures. methods have been discussed this paper...
