In this work, we present a systematic study on the solid solution, lattice parameters and superconductivity Fe y Te 1− x X ( = Se, S) system. It has been found that limit of Te-site doping with Se S is around 0.5 0.15, respectively. The solution content changing also measured in single-phase region for preparing pure sample presented. Based magnetic susceptibility measurements, presented three-dimensional graph showing variation superconducting critical temperature as function both chalcogen .
