The COVID-19 pandemic has wrought a profound impact on mental health in Sub- Saharan Africa, exacerbating existing disparities and rendering individuals undergoing treatment particularly susceptible. Rwanda has made remarkable progress in scaling up HIV testing, treatment, and healthcare services.
