A rapid and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method is developed for the determination of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate, an antiplatelet aggregation agent, in 100 µL dog plasma. Sample preparations are carried out by deproteinization with internal standard (carbamazepine) solution acetonitrile.
