This letter proposes a flexible coding approach (FLCA) for quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes based on the base graphs and lifting factors in 5G new radio (NR). Inspired by Thomas-Williams work on the modular sweep map, Garsia and Xin gave a simple algorithm for inverting map rational $(m,n)$-Dyck paths coprime pairs $(m,n)$ of positive integers. We find their idea naturally extends general Dyck paths. Indeed, we define class Order maps paths, using different orders level $0$. prove that each such is bijection. A novel energy selective surface (ESS) with adjustable response threshold is proposed in this article. The controllable ESS designed the circuit characteristics difference of PIN diode ON/OFF state. Moreover, a receiving antenna envelope detection function as trigger ESS, by sampling signal controller. Finally, achieved 20% @ (2.17 ~ 2.66GHz) bandwidth 1dB insertion loss (IL) and 0 4GHz shield 15dB shielding effectiveness (SE). new perspective for adjusting exhibited work.
